Consider migrating away from Hogan

Currently the Hogan npm module is pasted on-wiki as part of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadget-afchelper.js/core.js file (the first 577 lines). Hogan is unmaintained (see also twitter/hogan.js#272), and the last release on npm is from 9 years ago.

If possible, we should consider using some templating engine built into MediaWiki (such as moustache?), to avoid having to load Hogan just for a single gadget.
