Up to 4.0.0.Final it was possible to launch the server from standalone.sh.
With the fix for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CLOUD-4173. jboss.tx.id has no default value and is not resolvable if openshit-launch.sh is not called.
A default value should be introduced.

@jfdenise I believe we can close this one, correct? (wildfly/wildfly-cekit-modules#389) Please do, I can't as I don't have permissions.
