Hey, you get the following error after adding the package to a project. It would be awesome to exclude the plugins from the package if possible so that the consumers wouldn't have to depend on the development dependencies.

This should be resolved now in 5.1.3. If the issue continues to persist, please let me know and I'll get onto it.

I hope SwiftPM adds support for dev dependencies In the future, but I won't hold my breath on it.
