Hi,

I have observed that whenever I send notifications to my app, if the app is closed or not in the background , my user is not receiving the notification.
Please could you let me know what the reason could be and how I can solve this.

Hi @sandeep14 can you provide more details about this problem? Do you have it fixed? Is this happening on Android or iOS? What version of OS are you running? What release of the module are you using?
