Request: pie with a sector for selection

not really have any immediate use-case :-) but, below pie is beautiful.
Would like to see how to do it on top of vx.

This is a great pie chart! I bet we could definitely get there with a combination of @vx, the recently-released react-annotation library for the selector, and react-move for animation.

I don't quite have the bandwidth to prioritize this right now but can take a shot at it soon, or would welcome PRs to do so!
