Hi 😄 ; please understand that as the affected service is a paid-for one that requires an active valid account to get access to video streams (which, in all probability, should be geo-fenced outside of Turkey), it's near impossible for others (the browser author included 😜 ) to troubleshoot this any further...

Since you're on Win7 SP1 x64, my advice to you is try the latest FirefoxESR-115.18.0 (32 or 64-bit), which is the ONLY browser that fully supports DRM (and latest Widevine CDM v4.10.2830.0) under Win7 (and this is only until the end of April 2025) ; if the TV+ platform does work there, then one additional thing to try and get it working on latest Supermium is:

With Supermium exited, navigate (in Widows Explorer) to its main application directory (you can get that info by previously loading chrome://version/ and looking for "executable path"); verify that a widevine_patch.exe executable and win7_fixwidevine.cmd batch file are present there; run the batch file (Supermium should be closed; the cmd file runs silently, don't expect any output from it).
Launch the browser and visit
https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm/
If the video loads and plays (with Widevine), then you have successfully patched Widevine CDM; you can then proceed to try TV+ anew; if still no go, then the service does require the Verified Media Path (VMP) security feature, which ISN'T available in Supermium (because it requires a fee in the USD1,000s range to be paid to Google, owners of Widevine, and, even if that sum were collected and paid, it's still unsure whether evil Google 😠 would be OK with an open-source browser like Supermium) ...

It's most sad 😞 that it's in the nature of DRM itself 👎 to limit users on which devices (and this entails the OS, too) protected content can be viewed; but the masses remain apathetic to DRM, despite petitions by the EFF and others, so media rights owners tend to employ it everywhere 👎 nowadays...
