Currently compressing file by x/zip. However x/zip implement CLI dependent.
So, I will break away from the CLI dependency by replacing it with jsr:@zip-js/zip-js.

@zip-js/zip-js compressing of bid_output folder.
But currently Microsoft IME file is garbled.
Zip Manager used ungarbled.
I will finding issue.

Priority will be given to transitioning to JSR.
The destination of x/zip will still be @zip-js/zip-js, but because of errors and time consuming in the migration.
