SystemInformer no longer remembers sort order #2243
Comments
Switch to really latest version 3.1.24290.0 (d5ce6c7) in canary channel (help->about) and look if it still has the issue. |
If the settings are not saving when your reboot or shutdown it's because the application was terminated before saving settings. This is why you don't configure hidden Windows settings to automatically terminate applications during shutdown (AutoEndTasks) or applications can't save settings. |
@dmex I tried the following:
The settings are still not saved. |
Brief description of your issue
I updated to the latest version, and now every time Windows restarts, SystemInformer forgets the sorting order. I always want the name column to be ungrouped, and the list sorted by CPU usage and the update interval to be 2 seconds.
None of these settings are remembered anymore.
Steps to reproduce (optional)
Set the setting how you like them.
Restart Windows.
Settings are forgotten
Expected behavior (optional)
The settings should not be forgotten
Actual behavior (optional)
