Make Astro config available to non-Astro scripts?

Hi! I'm looking for a way to get a computed Astro config (for use in a CLI helper); basically, I want to be able to write JS/TS shell scripts which …

• belong to a single Astro project
• run outside of Astro's processes
• know the Astro app's configuration.

Is there any information on how to do that?

I've played around w/ openConfig() (https://github.com/withastro/astro/blob/main/packages/astro/src/core/config.ts#L441) but didn't get very far. Any help would be appreciated.
