if you get build problems, delete the following folders (since EarlGrey downloads them on build):
node_modules/detox/ios/EarlGrey/OCHamcrest.framework
node_modules/detox/ios/EarlGrey/fishhook
node_modules/detox/ios/EarlGrey/Tests/UnitTests/ocmock
