Hi, I'm a VSCodium user, a FLOSS version of VS Code. It's the same code but without Microsoft's telemetry, branding and licensing.
I would like to request, if possible, to add the change-case for VSCode extension to the open-vsx.org market as it is unclear if it's legal to use the official Microsoft extension marketplace on VS Code forks, see here.
Additional information on how to publish an extension to Open VSX can be obtained here.

We decided to remove this extension from the https://github.com/open-vsx/publish-extensions repository, since it has not had any activity for a while and we try to make the list of published extensions shorter (but published the extension as well, so at least one version is out there!).
This means that new versions of the extension will not be available on the OpenVSX registry, but feel free to enable automatic publishing yourselves, we made a pretty easy guide in our repo [1].
What is OpenVSX?
OpenVSX is a vendor neutral alternative to the MS marketplace used by most other derivatives of VS Code like VSCodium, Gitpod, OpenVSCode, Theia based IDEs, and so on.
