Can we update the wording on the leave feedback and make a complaint.

Remove:

If you are dissatisfied with a service and want a response, you can make a complaint online.

And replace with

For information about how we handle complaints, you can view our complaints handling procedure online.

So copy change but the same link.

Minor (and pedantic) issue - we've two full stops now at the end of the sentence. One in the linked text itself can be removed.
