Describe the bug
Tighten space up between date and H2 on news components

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://deploy-preview-148--wmcads.netlify.app/templates/homepage/

Expected behavior
Spacing should be tighter - have a look at the spacing in the Figma/Sketch design system for reference (screenshot included here)
