Describe the bug
Page background is currently white. Should be the pale grey (#F3F2F1) colour to match other pages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://beta.wmca.org.uk/campaigns/the-great-summer-staycation/#welcome-back.'

Expected behavior
Pale grey background.

OS: Mac OS
Browser: Chrome
