When I click on the 'Continue' CTA after adding in my services, the next page (Summary) should load from the top. Right now, it takes users to the same scroll position as the previous page, which takes me halfway down the next page. I have to scroll up to see the H1 heading (therefore missing the context of the info on the page).

This happens for all disruptions added, not just roads.

The app now scrolls to the top of the summary page.
