I'm not 100% sure how the copy should interact with this page in I'm honest - I loaded what I was asked to load by Martin (might be best to talk to Kat and Jacob here).
With regards to the payment information and the number of boxes - there should be multiple boxes on the right hand side. One for each payment method - so as above the screen shot has swift, ticket shops, payzone, swift kiosk or vending machine, nationa express app and swift go (national epress app and swift go are the new ones added by paul alinson).
