Fix issue with GitGuardian security check on wmn-disruptions #223

We need to address the GitGuardian security check when deploying Disruptions. It doesn't like the fact that we have some security keys in the config file.

This won't need to be fixed if we're moving pipelines from Netlify to Azure.

Don't think we'll have enough time to fix this. This can be addressed when moving to Azure, will need to make this clear in handover documentation to BAU.
