Acceptance criteria

• Affected train companies are listed in a new view below the affected lines

This is a new data source that was previously not available for rail. Currently the train company is displayed alongside affected lines. The business wants to continue showing train companies affected to users. We'll need to develop a new field in the disruption view to present this in an understandable way.
