What permissions are necessary for step 22 in readme? #283

Hello! Thanks for this package.

I'm trying to go through the setup and am having trouble with step 22.

When making the POST request, I get a 403, and it's not clear which permission I need to consent to.

Hmm, I switched from V1 to beta and it worked....
