请问是什么原因造成DeviceToken失败，该如何解决

感觉访问阿里云服务有问题， 你确认一下阿里云相关配置吧， 还有http/https网络什么的

我这边iOS12没有问题，就在13上出现此问题，阿里提交工单仅让我升级成1.9.9以上，查询相关文档依然没有解决

是不是集成的SDK1.9.9有部分问题，导致不能正确上传到cloudpush服务器

我将1.0.21集成进来后发现内部的aliyunSDK版本为1.9.8，不知道是缓存原因还是，这个版本库有问题

刚才下载了最新的1.0.21，通过[CloudPushSDK getDeviceId]发现返回的版本号为1.9.8

下载了1.0.20版本，已经正常推送，经测试1.0.20内部SDK版本为1.9.9，最新版1.0.21内部SDK版本为1.9.8，新版在iOS13上无法收到消息内容，注册deviceToken失败，建议提交新的版本
