Products: "Select options" button adds the product to cart

Describe the bug

Variable products display "Select options" button rather than "Add to Cart". When clicked it should redirect to the product page. Currently in Products (Beta) block, clicking "Select Options" adds product (in some variant) to the cart.

To reproduce

Prerequisites
0. Make sure to have at least one variable product

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go and edit Product Catalog template
2. Add "Products (Beta)" block
3. Save and view in the frontend
4. Find the variable product - it should have "Select Options" button instead of "Add to Cart"
5. Click the "Select Options" button

Expected behavior

User is redirected to product page to choose the product variant

Cart is empty, clicking "Add to Cart" to demonstrate the behavior, then "Select Options" - both products are added to cart.
