Pay Later Messaging settings can not be changed

Describe the Bug

Settings for Pay Later Messaging on Product pages are not saved

To Reproduce

1. Go to WooCommerce Payments, Paypal configuration, Pay Later tab
2. Click on Product page to deselect, like shown in screenshot.
3. Click Save changes
4. See error: Product page is still selected, banner still being displayed on front page

Expected Behavior

Pay later message should not be displayed on product pages.

Actual Behavior

Seems to be impossible to change the setting. It always reverts to Product page selected with Banner only. I can also not save another logo type for product pages.
