Different behavior when we open downloaded files

Description:
When we open the downloaded files from download section of browser, app menu there shows different behavior.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the browser homepage.
2.Download any audio file from the browser
3.Go to download section.
4.Click on the downloaded file
5.Click on app menu(three dots).

Expected Result:
Either all the elements of original app menu or menu specific to download section

Actual Result:
only extension is there on the app menu.
