Description:
When we change language form English to another language app is restarting and showing same language

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the browser homepage.
2. Click on 3 dot button on bottom right and go to language setting
3. Change the language

Expected Result:
Language should be changed

Actual Result:
Language is not changing; app is getting crash.

Affected Devices:
All devices
