탈퇴/로그아웃 시 스케줄링 삭제 코드 제거 -> stopService만 호출하도록 변경
재설치, 업데이트 시 스케줄링 다시 등록하는 코드 제거
약속 참여 시 예약 등록하는 코드 제거
FCM 스케줄링 메시지 받으면 로그인 상태인지 확인 후 폴링 시작
