기능 개선에 대한 니즈가 있음
현재 인원(1~2)으로는 니즈를 충족하기 어려움
정해진 인원이 하는게 아니라 돌아가면서 하면 좋음(글쓰는 경험도 하고 기능 개선도 경험하기)
레벨3부터 시행하기
