Shall we move babel-plugin-add-module-exports to devDependencies?

In fact, laravel-mix installs babel-preset-env, so that we can simply remove babel-plugin-add-module-exports.

Sorry, I misread babel-plugin-transform-es2015-modules-umd as babel-plugin-add-module-exports.
