windows exe icon #2924

It would be nice to have an icon for the windows exe. Maybe https://github.com/tc-hib/go-winres could be used to insert it at build time?

One of the existing image files could be used from https://github.com/wowsims/wotlk/tree/master/assets/favicon_io
