No new gulp-wp-pot release since wp-pot JS parser feature

Hi,

Please release a new version with the latest wp-pot JS parser features.
Version 2.5.0 is still using wp-pot 1.9.6, which doesn't support the JS parser yet.

this wp-pot lock, turns out also locking down php-parser that does not support php 8 yet.
