Didn't work on my mac #1

Tried it on my Mac. gradlew wasn't executable so I fixed that and now I get "/bin/sh: gradlew: command not found" on F5. If I run the command by hand "./gradlew build" or "./gradlew deploy" from the terminal, it works.

Ah, I probably need to have it add ./ to the command when on non windows platforms. I'll fix that.

Should be fixed in https://github.com/wpilibsuite/vscode-wpilib/releases/tag/0.0.1-alpha2

Grab the 2 releases from there @bradamiller

This was fixed a while ago.
