Enable users to select a subset of their custom data to analyze

Add a new section to the configuration file to allow a user to specify one field to search on within a hosted feature layer. It is anticipated that the layer type =hosted feature layer will be the only supported layer for this functionality.The config will also only allow for specifying one field to search on. Based on our initial investigation, this functionality is unsupported with map image layers in the Esri 4.x JavaScript API. Minor code adjustments will be made to support this configuration. In the application, auser will be able to search for an attribute, select it, and the application will zoom and show it as the active selection.
