year out of range error

HI!
i was trying to plot a pandas dataframe using bearchart. i goot it working with some date but it is giving me a weird error
"year out of range"
for a particular dataset, here how to reproduce my problem :

that error is related to pandas, i tried to goolgle in it, i found a similar log on :
