Auto Block Twitter Blue Accounts

Elon has recently removed the ability of people to block all the blue accounts en masse (see https://twitter.com/BlockTheBlue/status/1646081748462075904)

Since it is possible to detect Twitter Blue accounts, it seems plausible to automate blocking them through programmatic UI interaction/simulating clicks. It would be nice to be able to do that to just gradually block the blue as we browse.

My question would be what string filter could I use with ublock origin to just hide all posts that the clowns make?
