[APIM 4.2.0] Human readable service provider name in the Carbon MGT Console

Problem

We are planning a migration from APIM 4.1.0 to 4.2.0 and we have a concern regarding the listing and searching of service providers, as SP names have been replaced by UUIDs.

We rely on SP names in the service provider list for identifying and editing applications, making UUID-based identification difficult. This functionality was re-enabled for APIM 4.1.0 but it is currently unavailable in APIM 4.2.0.

Given the our heavy reliance on this feature, would you please provide us a solution or workaround in APIM 4.2.0 to fulfil their requirements?

Solution

This functionality was re-enabled during their migration from APIM 4.1.0 hence please re-enabled it for APIM 4.2.0.
