Persistent URLs for query outputs

Would be great to have persistent URLs for query results, so that the results could be saved and shared without having to reenter inputs via the query builder.

To clarify, the URL will not expose the parameters of the search but will be some hash key to pull the search parameters from a table and to then rerun the query.
