User Story

As a user
I want to see a message when there are no ideas to steal yet
So that I could be encouraged to add some

Acceptance Criteria

Given that I go to the website
When there are no ideas there yet
Then there should be a message Sorry, there are no ideas yet. How about adding one?
When clicking adding one
Then if I'm logged in I navigate to the new idea form, otherwise to the login form
