We are experiencing issues with notifications, specifically on iOS devices when notification permission is enabled. The problems observed include:

Missed Notifications: Sometimes, notifications are not received at all.
Duplicate Notifications: On some occasions, duplicate background notifications are received.

Affected Platforms

iOS:
- Chrome
- Safari-PWA
