PDB symbols missing for latest release (4.2.2)

I get a consistent (on one machine) Access Violation in the mainloop, under a pyinstaller embedded application.
It's likely caused by the pyinstaller included splash screen (which is using tcl). Still, it would be nice to be able to debug it further, and for that I can't seem to find the PDB files.
