Upgrade django to version 1.8.19 or later

Почему-то апгрейд джанги не прошёл миграцию, пришлось создавать бд заново.

Если не жалко потерять юзеров зареганых на xtomo.ru, то предлагаю пересоздать боевую бд, заодно решится проблема доступа в админку джанги.
