Guide to use xAI api

Hi, I have a few questions related to using xAI api?

1. How can I get API access to use it for application to use it?
2. Can grok ai api can do interactive humanoid conversation with a real human for specific topic to help with? For say politics or may be history? Like a classroom environment.
3. If I use grok ai api for commercial, how can I limit the user usage limit? What parameters or something that I need to consider for that?
4. I don't have such setup to run 340B paramus, in such can I'm only relying on using api. Is there any fine tune capabilities also available to customize the model if want to train on specific topic?
