README not clear on where vagrant commands should be executed #36

Is vagrant expected to be directly installed on the XenServer host itself? Are the vagrant commands supposed to be executed directly on the XenServer host? The README.md is not clear on that topic.

It suppose to be ran on any machine due to instructions with XenServer credentials in Vagrantfile.
