Unable to import .vhd files vNext build 24308

I just did a fresh install of xcp-ng 8.3 and I was trying to import back the Xen-Orchestra vhd file that I had previously exported from the XO.
In Xcp-ng center I get an "The selected file is not a valid VHD file"
I have tried moving the vhd file to different directories, and tried to import other vhd files with no luck
