Include REST API specification in OpenAPI\RAML\swagger format #57

It will be great if Zenforo include API specification to generate client library or mock services for debug purposes.

As I can see on https://xenforo.com/community/pages/api-endpoints/#route_get_users_find_name service already has some kind of specification by which these documentation was generated.
