@biohazard999 What are your thoughts on moving the r-rool.json file to the .config folder? Much like the dotnet tools manifest and other repo/lint/build config files. The idea is to keep the repo root clean.

I am not sure if the dotnet built in config is designed to be extended by 3rd party. But I can think of putting it in this dir 🤔

.config folder is nothing standard or official. I've just seen some projects use it to store the various config files. Generally related to building or linting.
