[Feature request] Customize saved prompt file location

As the title says, you cannot customize the location of the saved prompt file (.chatgpt-shell.el), which can create clutter in Emacs config directory.

Take a look at shell-maker-transcript-default-path

Unless I'm missing something, the file path is created like this:
(with-temp-file (concat user-emacs-directory ".chatgpt-shell.el") ...)
