If you are using udcd_uvc at the same time then that's why it doesn't work. Try disabling udcd_uvc to make sure.

It did work for a while with both enabled and with both being used at the same time. A friend of mine still has no problem with using both

I'm also using 3.65 and the udcd_uvc plugin.

I've found a bit messy workaround by now:
• Connect your Vita to your PC via USB.
• Boot up your console and let Windows recognize it.
• Open Vita Shell and enable de USB storage mode with Select button, then cancel.
• Now launch Vitastick (closing Vita Shell), and it should work!

Downside to it is you have to launch Vita Shell every single time you reboot the console, but I think it's worth the extra controller.

Thank you UrielTapia. This method is works.
