连续3个英文字母的车牌，无论蓝牌绿牌都没法识别！

你好，蓝色车牌连续3个字母可以识别，但是绿色车牌无法识别文字，bbox Ok，只是 ocr 识别不了
所有绿色车牌，文字都无法识别。
