Bug in Qt 6.7.0: Inability to Hide Specific Panes and Inconsistency in Pane Visibility

Describe the bug

Can't hide panes or choose which panes to hide and which to leave visible in Qt 6.7.0 versions

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to hide some panes and leave others. For example uncheck favorites and history panes and leave search and results navigations panes checked
2. Close and reopen the window

Expected behavior
Only the search and results panes should be visible. Instead all of them are visible.

Additional context
The issue is not present with Qt 6.6 versions.
