Describe the bug
After GD-ng exiting the mentioned file remains undeleted, thus GD-ng rerun isn't possible (until the manually delete or OS restart).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour (not behavior):

  1. Run the GD-ng
  2. After the loading exit the GD-ng
  3. Rerun the GD-ng
  4. See error

Expected behaviour (not behavior)
During GD-ng exiting the "/tmp/single-Golden-c78a-gdlockfile" is deleted by the GD-ng itself (not manually).

OS and software versions

  • OS: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed up to date
  • Version 24.09.0.316ec90 at 2024-09-13T13:24:05Z
