Need to create a few email templates:

user member signup > verification email > send to user
new member signup > send to staff (after verification)
membership approve > send to member
membership expiry > send to member ( 10 days before ) > send to member
membership expired > send to member (1 day after) > send to member
Membership card available for pickup > send to member
